He is a member of the Municipal Analyst Group of New York and New York Society of Security Analysts.

Biografia	Douglas J. Gaylor has been a co-portfolio manager. Douglas is a managing director and the head of tax-exempt securities at Guardian Life. Prior to joining Guardian Life in 2014, Douglas spent five years at Principal Global Investors, where he was director of municipal asset management. He also spent 14 years at The Dreyfus Corporation, where he ultimately served as lead portfolio manager of municipals. Previously, he was a municipal bond analyst, trader, and portfolio manager at PNC Bank-BlackRock and Wilmington Trust. He has more than 30 years of investment experience. Douglas holds a B.S. in financial administration from State University of New York at Brockport and an M.B.A. in financial planning and control from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Previously, Mr. Stryker was with Van Kampen, serving as a portfolio manager on the Municipal Fixed Income team, a fixed income trader, a portfolio analyst and a fixed income credit analyst. He entered the industry when he joined Van Kampen in 1994, and joined Invesco in 2010 when the firm combined with Van Kampen. Mr. Stryker earned a BS degree in finance from the University of Illinois, Chicago. He is a CFA charterholder.

Biografia	Mark Paris is Chief Investment Officer and Head of Municipal Strategies for Invesco Fixed Income. In this capacity, he is responsible for the oversight and implementationof all municipal bond strategies. Mr. Paris entered the financial industry in 1990 and joined Invesco in 2010 when the firm combined with Van Kampen investments. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Paris was a trader and then a portfolio manager on the muncipal fixed income team at Morgan Stanley/Van Kampen, which he joing in 2002. He also was previously a trader and portfolio manager at Oppenheimer Funds, head underwriter at Chase Manhattan Bank, and a trader and underwriter at NatWest Bank. Mr. Paris earned a BBA in finance from Baruch College of the City University of New York.

Biografia	Piraro is an executive director of Morgan Stanley Investment Advisors Inc., his employer since 1992. Prior to joining the firm, he was a senior municipal trader at the First National Bank of Chicago for nearly five years and at Continental Illinois National Bank for 16 years.
