Biografia	Through Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Inc., Mr. Goodman is a sub-advisor to Dynamic. He has close to five decades of investment experience as a securities analyst, portfolio manager and senior executive. Mr. Goodman has a Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto. He earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst in 1967. In 1997, he was awarded a Doctorate of Laws, honoris causa, by Concordia University.

Biografia	Michael McHugh joined Dynamic in 1996. He has 27 years of industry experience and he is responsible for the management of over $8 billion in fixed-income assets. In 1989, he joined the Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan and, in 1993, he managed fixed-income portfolios for the Ontario Hospital Association Investment Management Inc. Michael holds both an Honors Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree in economics. He received his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1991.
