He was previously a portfolio product specialist at FactSet Research Systems, where he had responsibilities for portfolio construction, risk analysis and performance. Mr. McCarthy has a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Vermont. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of San Francisco.

Biografia	Steven Klopukh is portfolio manager at Thornburg Investment Management. He joined the firm in 2020 to lead Thornburg’s small- and mid-cap investment strategies. Prior to Thornburg, Steven worked at Allianz Global Investors, where he spent 18 years, most recently as a director and lead portfolio manager U.S. Small- & Mid-Cap Growth team. While at Allianz Global Investors, Steven managed the top-performing AllianzGI Mid-Cap Fund as lead portfolio manager since 2014. With over 20 years of investment industry experience, Steven was also vice president and fundamental equity analyst at CDC Investment Management Corp., where he collaborated on quantitatively enhanced, risk targeted large-cap core and market-neutral equity strategies. Before that, he was in the investment banking associate program at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, where he was involved in M&A, debt and equity capital raising, and consumer products corporate finance. Steven has a BS, magna cum laude, from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Biografia	Greg Dunn Portfolio Manager and Managing Director Greg Dunn is portfolio manager for Thornburg Investment Management. Greg joined Thornburg in 2002 as research communications director for the marketing department and was promoted to equity research associate in 2005, associate portfolio manager in 2008, and portfolio manager in 2012. Prior to joining Thornburg, Greg was an investment management analyst for Smith Barney. Greg holds a BS in business with a concentration in finance from Colorado State University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Biografia	Ted joined Conestoga Capital Advisors in July 2020 as an Assistant Portfolio Manager for the firm’s Mid Cap Growth strategy and became Co-Portfolio Manager at the beginning of 2021. Ted also serves as a Research Analyst, researching and qualifying investment ideas for Conestoga’s Small, SMid and Mid Cap Growth products. Prior to Conestoga, Ted was a Portfolio Manager and Managing Director at Thornburg Investment Management. At Thornburg, Ted was Co-Portfolio Manager for their Core Growth Fund (THIGX) and All Cap Growth strategies. Prior to joining Thornburg, Ted served as a Research Analyst at 300 North Capital covering domestic industrials and materials stocks. Before joining 300 North Capital, Ted held positions with Zurich Financial Services and QuinStreet. Ted holds an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a BA in Political Science.

Biografia	Tim Cunningham is portfolio manager for Thornburg Investment Management. He joined Thornburg as equity research associate in 2007, was named associate portfolio manager in 2009 and portfolio manager in 2012. Tim received a BA in finance from the University of Nevada and an MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is a CFA charterholder. Prior to graduate school, he was a research associate at Insight Capital Research & Management in Walnut Creek, California.

Biografia	"Alex Motola is a managing director of Thornburg Investment Management. He was the founding portfolio manager of the Thornburg All Cap Growth Strategy and the Thornburg International Growth Strategy. Alex managed both funds until January 2012. He currently serves as a member of the equity team and plans to retire in 2012. Prior to joining Thornburg, Alex began his financial career as an investment specialist with CoreLink Financial and later served as a portfolio manager with Insight Capital. He holds BAs in English, History, and Medieval Studies and graduated with Honors and Distinction from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He also holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley. Alex is a CFA charterholder."
