He previously was Co-Head of US Investing at AXA Investment Managers where he was instrumental in designing customized regional solutions for a global insurance company clientele, and was lead PM for a Custom Credit negative basis strategy that grew to >$15bn. Mr. Kinsley’s career includes co-founder and CFO of BookCentral International, an online textbook arbitrage enterprise, and analyst in the Consumer Retail group at Lehman Brothers. He holds a BA from Williams College.

Prior to AXA, Ms. Yobage was co-founder of Cardinal Capital Management; co-head of High Yield at Deltec Asset Management; and credit analyst at Kidder Peabody. Ms. Yobage holds a BA from Swarthmore College.

Biografia	Ryan Carrington, CFA, is a Senior Portfolio Manager. Mr. Carrington manages dedicated responsible-focused short duration funds and custom broad high yield mandates and is responsible for sector coverage, fundamental analysis and credit valuation for the media, telecom and utility sectors. Previously, Mr. Carrington was a senior investment analyst within the high yield research group at GE Asset Management covering the utility, media/cable and pipeline sectors. Mr. Carrington’s prior experience includes: Debt Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank; GE Capital Aviation Services; and Barclays Capital. Mr. Carrington holds a BA from Brigham Young University.
