Biografia	Mr. Dupree is the chairman of Dupree & Company, Inc. and the president of Dupree Mutual Funds. From 1955 to 1980, he worked in municipal bond sales as a trader and institutional salesman. He founded Dupree Mutual Funds in 1979. He has more than 50 years of experience in the municipal bond industry.

Biografia	Griggs is an executive vice president with Dupree & Company, his employer since 1989. Previously, he spent three years with Edward D. Jones & Company, where he had served as a branch manager. He also spent 12 years in public financial management as a chief financial officer. Griggs is a Certified Public Accountant
