Biografia	Deborah (“Deb”) B. Vargo Senior Portfolio Manager, Municipal Bonds Deb Vargo is a senior municipal fixed income portfolio manager for Columbia Threadneedle Investments. In this role, she manages portfolios for high-net-worth clients. Ms. Vargo joined one of the Columbia Threadneedle Investments legacy firms in 2007. Previously, Ms. Vargo worked as a senior vice president for U.S. Trust, responsible for strategy and trading for all tax-exempt fixed income for New England. In addition, she managed several high-net-worth accounts and a short-intermediate term tax-exempt common trust fund. Prior to that, she was in the institutional fixed-income department at State Street Global Advisors where she was responsible for strategy and management of all tax-exempt portfolios. She has been dedicated to this asset class for more than 30 years. In addition, she worked at Tucker, Anthony & R.L. Day. She has been a member of the investment community since 1984. Ms. Vargo received a B.S. from Boston University.

From 1994 until joining Columbia in May 2010, Mr. McGreevy was associated with the Fund’s previous investment adviser as an investment professional. Mr. McGreevy began his investment career in 1982 and earned a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and a Masters from Harvard University Extension School. Mr. McGreevy began his investment career in 1980.

Biografia	James M. D’Arcy, CFA, Portfolio Manager at Vanguard. He has worked in investment management since 1996, has managed investment portfolios since 1999, has been with Vanguard since 2011. Prior to this, James D'Arcy is a director and senior portfolio manager for Columbia Management focusing on tax-exempt and crossover short duration accounts. In addition, he manages two short-term funds and various short-term separate accounts and is responsible for developing tax-exempt strategies for Columbia Management’s tax-exempt liquidity strategies group. Mr. D'Arcy joined Columbia Management in 1999 and has been a member of the investment community since 1996. Prior to joining Columbia Management, Mr. D'Arcy worked on the fixed-income trading desk at Wells Capital Management. Mr. D'Arcy received his B.A. in economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. In addition, he is a member of the CFA North Carolina Society and the National Federation of Municipal Analysts.

Biografia	Christopher Eckstrom has over 23 years of investment management experience. Mr. Eckstrom is currently responsible for the active fixed income management and trade execution for high net worth individuals, corporations, endowments and foundations. Prior to joining Comerica Asset Management, Mr. Eckstrom was a Senior Portfolio Manager and Head of Municipal Strategies for Sovereign Advisers, a $2 billion privately owned asset management firm. Mr. Eckstrom also spent 12 years as a Senior Portfolio Manager with Columbia Management Group, a subsidiary of Bank of America. While at Bank of America, Mr. Eckstrom was Senior Credit Analyst and managed several tax-exempt mutual funds, corporate cash accounts and high net worth accounts. Mr. Eckstrom received his M.B.A. from St. Bonaventure University in Olean, New York and his Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Michele M. Poirier	Portfolio Management	1992	2005
Biografia	Poirier is responsible for the design and execution of portfolio strategies, supervising portfolio positions, credit analysis, and portfolio risk exposure. She has been actively involved in the municipal bond market since 1974 with positions in portfolio management, institutional sales, trading and operations. Prior to foundig the Moorings Group in 2003, Poirier managed over $2 billion in municipal bond assets for Banc of American Capital Management and its predecessors in Charlott, N.C. During her 12 year tenure and as Director of Fixed Income she managed mutual funds and separate accounts. Poirier also had supervisory responsibilities for a team of portfolio managers. Previously she held positions with Bankers Trust Company, Financial Service Corporation (FSC), The Robinson-Humphrey Company and Shearson Loeb Rhoades. Poirer graduation from Georgia State University in 1988 with a B.B.A in marketing.
