Prior to joining Aberdeen Standard Investments in 2010, Liam worked as a Research Analyst at Abbey Capital.

Biografia	David Ennett is Head of High Yield in the Fixed Income team. He joined us in 2016 from Standard Life Investments, where he was head of European high yield and manager of the SLI Higher Income Bond Fund and SLI European High Yield Bond Fund. Before that, David worked for Old Mutual Asset Managers, CIBC World Markets and M&G in a variety of analysis and portfolio management roles. He has a degree in Political Science and Economics from the Australian National University in Canberra, and completed an MBA at Imperial College, London. David is a CFA Charterholder.

Biografia	Grace is a fund manager in the Artemis fixed income team. She joined Artemis in December 2019 from Kames Capital, where she was co-manager of a range of investment grade bond funds, including the Kames Investment Grade Bond Fund and the Kames Investment Grade Global Bond Fund. Since 2015, she has also covered various sectors including automobiles, pharmaceuticals and insurance. Before joining Kames, she started her career at PwC in 2012, where she qualified as a chartered accountant. Grace graduated from Imperial College, London with a degree in Mathematics. She is an ACA and CFA charter holder.
Juan Valenzuela	-	2021	2024
Biografia	Juan Valenzuela is an investment manager in the Fixed Income team with responsibility for analysing global rates markets, both conventional and inflation-linked bonds. He is the co-manager of the Kames Strategic Bond Fund and Kames Strategic Global Bond Fund. He joined us from Alliance Trust, where he was an investment manager on the Alliance Trust Dynamic Bond Fund. Prior to that, Juan worked in investment management roles for Scottish Widows Investment Partnership and JP Morgan. Juan has degrees in both Law and Business from Carlos III University in Madrid, and is a CFA charterholder.
Rebecca Young	Portfolio Manager	2021	2023
Biografia	Rebecca Young is a Portfolio Manager on the Strategic Fixed Income Team at Janus Henderson Investors. She joined Henderson in 2009 as part of the graduate scheme and later began working for the Strategic Fixed Income Team in 2010, first as an analyst, then as assistant fund manager, and currently in her present role. Rebecca received a master of mathematics degree from the University of Bath. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and passed the STA diploma exam to become a member of the Society of Technical Analysts. She has 10 years of financial industry experience.
Stephen Snowden	-	2021	2023
Biografia	Stephen started his career in 1994 at Aegon Asset Management (now Kames Capital) as a US equity analyst and fund manager. In 1998 he moved to fixed income, becoming manager of Kames’ Sterling Corporate Bond Fund in June 2000. Stephen then joined Old Mutual Asset Managers and managed their Corporate Bond Fund from 2004 – 2011, when he returned to Kames. There, as co-head of fixed income, he was co-manager of the Kames Investment Grade Bond Fund, the Investment Grade Global Bond Fund and the Absolute Return Bond Fund until November 2018. In May 2019 Stephen joined Artemis as a partner, to lead our fixed income team. Stephen graduated with a BSc and a MSc in Finance from Queen’s University, Belfast, in 1994.
James Foster	Portfolio Manager	2005	2005
Biografia	James has managed the Artemis Strategic Bond Fund with Alex Ralph since launch in June 2005. He has also run the Artemis Monthly Distribution Fund with Jacob de Tusch-Lec since its launch in May 2012. James has 20 years' experience of managing bond funds and was one of the first to establish a retail bond fund in the UK. He joined Artemis in April 2005 from F&C Asset Management where he was the head of credit, ultimately responsible for about 15 billion of assets.
Alex Ralph	Portfolio Manager	2005	2005
Biografia	Alex runs the Artemis Strategic Bond Fund alongside James Foster and is the manager of the Artemis High Income Fund. She graduated in 2000 from the London School of Economics and joined Royal Sun Alliance, as a credit analyst. In 2002, Alex moved into managing retail bond funds with ISIS, initially specialising in the high-yield market but later adding duration and investment-grade positioning. Alex joined Artemis in April 2005 and is a CFA charterholder.
