Biografia	Wasatch Advisors, Inc in 2018 as a Senior Analyst focused on international developed markets. Prior to joining the Wasatch Advisors, Inc, Mr. Tzau was a senior international equity analyst at Rainier Investment Management from 2016 to 2018. Mr. Tzau joined Ranier in 2012, and was a founding member of Rainier’s international small/mid cap growth strategy and covered companies in developed and emerging markets across all sectors, with an emphasis on health care, consumer products and services, industrials and financials. Earlier, he was an equity research associate and an assistant portfolio manager at WHV Investment Management, where he covered U.S. small caps, U.S. micro caps, and emerging markets equities across a broad range of countries, sectors and market capitalizations. Derrick Tzau is an International Research Analyst at Rainier. He started his career in the industry working as corporate financial analyst for Group Health Credit Union. Prior to joining Rainier, Derrick was an equity research associate and assistant portfolio manager for Wentworth, Hauser & Violich, responsible for quantitative screening and equity research in their Global Emerging Market, Small Cap and Micro Cap strategies. Derrick holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He has a Master of Science in Finance from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Science from the University of British Columbia.

Biografia	Ken Applegate, CFA, CMT has been a portfolio manager of the Global Select Fund since October 1, 2019, has been a lead portfolio manager of the International Select Fund since October 1, 2019, has been the lead portfolio manager of the International Growth Fund since January 31, 2019 and a portfolio manager of the International Growth Fund since 2016. He has been a portfolio manager for the Global Opportunities Fund since January 31, 2019. Mr. Applegate completed his Bachelor of Management studies at the University of Waikato in New Zealand.

Biografia	Linda Lasater, CFA, has been a Portfolio Manager since 2017. Ms. Lasater is also a Lead Portfolio Manager for Wasatch International Micro Cap portfolios and a Portfolio Manager for Wasatch International Small Cap Growth portfolios. She joined Wasatch Advisors in 2006 as a Senior Equities Analyst on the international research team. Prior to joining Wasatch Advisors, Ms. Lasater worked as an investment applications project lead with AIM Investments. Ms. Lasater earned a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas.

Biografia	Roger Edgley, CFA is Director of International Research for Wasatch Advisors. Prior to joining Wasatch in 2002, Mr. Edgley was a principal, director of international research and portfolio manager for Chicago-based Liberty Wanger Asset Management. Mr. Edgley joined Wanger Asset Management as an equities analyst in 1994. Mr. Edgley is a native of the United Kingdom and earned a BS with honors in Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire, a MA in Philosophy from the University of Sussex and a MS in Social Psychology with Statistics from the London School of Economics.

Biografia	Director and Portfolio Manager Kabir Goyal joined Brown Capital Management in 2017. Prior to this, Kabir was an Associate Portfolio Manager for the Wasatch International Growth Fund since 2015 and joined Wasatch Advisors in 2012 as a Senior Equities Analyst on the international research team. Before joining Wasatch Advisors, Kabir worked as an equity analyst at Putnam Investments in Boston, focusing on international industrials and materials. He began his career at Cambridge Associates in Menlo Park, California. where he was promoted to senior associate and team leader of the associates. In addition to the CFA certification, Kabir holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in computer science and economics from Pomona College.
Laura G. Hoffman	vice president and Research Analyst	2006	2008
Biografia	Ms. Hoffman joined Wasatch Advisors in 2002. Prior to joining Wasatch, she was a vice president and research analyst for two international funds at Denver Investment Advisors. Ms. Hoffman also worked for INVISTA Capital Management in Des Moines, IA where she was a portfolio strategist and relationship manager for the international investment team. Ms. Hoffman splits her time between Wasatch’s offices in Denver, CO and Salt Lake City, UT.
Michael W. Gerding	Vice President, Portfolio Manager	2002	2005
Biografia	Gerding joined Wasatch in 2002. Previously, he was a vice president and portfolio manager at Denver Investment Advisors from 1999. Prior to that, Gerding was senior vice president of investments for Founders Asset Management from 1990. He also served as portfolio manager and research analyst with NCNB Texas from 1985 to 1990. Gerding is member of the Denver Society of Security Analysts. Gerding holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
