Biografia Will joined Westfield Capital Management in April 1994. In addition to his executive duties, he chairs the Investment Committee, serves as Market Strategist and contributes investment ideas primarily within the Health Care and Energy sectors. In 2001, Will was promoted to President and Chief Investment Officer and now oversees all of Westfield's US equity and hedge fund strategies. In this role, Will and his team have grown the firm from $2 billion to $13 billion in assets under management. Prior to joining Westfield, Will worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Alex Brown & Sons, where his responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and spin-offs. Before that, he was a Vice President at Kidder, Peabody & Company. Will graduated from Middlebury College in 1983 and received a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School in 1992. Will and his family are very active in community service, focusing their efforts on education for underprivileged youth. Biografia Mr. Gibbons is Co-Portfolio Manager of TCW's Value Added and Value Opportunities strategies. He joined TCW in 2000 as a Vice President in the Value Added/Value Opportunities groups principally covering the industrial, energy and materials industries. Along with his research duties, he has also spent a portion of his time marketing both strategies to existing and potential clients. Prior to joining TCW, he was associated with Odin Partners, L.P., Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. and Bear, Stearns and Co., Inc., where he worked as an Equity Research Analyst specializing in consumer product companies. Previously, he was a Corporate Loan Officer with BayBanks, now part of Bank of America. Mr. Gibbons received his AB from Bowdoin College in Biochemistry and holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. ARCO Investment Management Company responsible for the large cap value Strategic Fund. Prior to managing investments, he held the position of Director of Investor Relations and also managed a Corporate Finance and Profit Planning unit, both at ARCO. Mr. Snider received a BA in Quantitative Economics from Claremont Men's College and an MBA from the University of Southern California. Biografia Westfield Capital welcomed Scott in 2002, and he is now a Partner and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Scott’s research encompasses the Consumer Discretionary sector. Prior to joining Westfield, Scott spent five years as Vice President of Equity Research at Harbor Capital Management in Boston. In 1997, Scott was an Associate in the High Yield Research Group at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. He began his career in 1991 at Dean Witter Reynolds, where he covered the specialty retail and footwear industries. Scott is a Chartered Financial Analyst and earned his Bachelor of Sciences degree from Lehigh University. He is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.
