Biografia	Mr. Valencia is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager on the Small Cap Core team. Mr.Valencia is also a Portfolio Member on the International Capital Opportunities Fund. He has eight years of investment industry experience.

Biografia	Mr. Ferry is a Senior Vice Presidetn and Portfolio Manager on the International and U.S. Small and Midcap Core Equity teams. He is a member of the teams responsible for managing international and U.S. small and midcap core equity institutional portfolios. He is also a Portfolio Member on the Capital Opportunities and International Capital Opportunities Fund. A CPA, Mr. Ferry joined Putnam in 1998 and has 15 years of investment experience.
