Prior to joining the Adviser, Ms. Cappabianca spent 14 years with BNY Mellon Investment Management, where she held several positions, most recently as senior quantitative research analyst and portfolio manager for the firm’s Internet of Things, Blockchain Innovation, U.S. Manufacturing and Smart Cures Innovation thematic strategies. She also served as the ESG data expert on Mellon’s ESG Council. Ms. Cappabianca has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University and a Master of Science in Investment Management from Boston University. She holds the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting Credential.

Biografia	Falci is the Chief Investment Officer, Equities for Calvert Asset Management. Prior to joining Calvert Falci was a portfolio manager for Mellon Equity Associates and The Dreyfus Corporation. He was also a senior vice president at Mellon Equity Associates. Prior to joining Mellon in April 1994, he was the managing director of pension investments at NYNEX Corporation. Falci holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and he is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research.

Biografia	Greg Hasevlat is a Sustainability Research Analyst at Impax Asset Management LLC and Pax World Funds. As such, he is responsible for evaluating the environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance of companies for inclusion in the firm’s portfolios. He is also involved in shareholder and public policy engagement and coordinating the firm’s sustainability reporting. Greg is a member of the Impax Gender Analytics team. Prior to joining the firm in December 2009, Greg was a Government Affairs Representative at a New Hampshire-based consulting firm. In that role, he represented clients from various industries before the New Hampshire legislature. Greg received a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.

Biografia	Chris Brown is Chief Investment Strategist for Pax World Funds and a member of the portfolio management team for the Pax Balanced Fund, Pax Large Cap Fund and Pax MSCI EAFE ESG Leaders Index Fund. He has been with Pax World Management LLC since 1998, when he joined the company as Co-Portfolio Manager of the Pax Balanced Fund. He is a graduate of the Boston University School of Management with a concentration in finance.
