With MacKay Shields from 1995 to 2004 in our Convertible area, Tom left us to pursue opportunities in the hedge fund community with AM Investment Partners. Most recently Tom was an Equity Long/Short portfolio manager with Centurion Capital and previously with Deutsche Bank. Tom has an MBA in Finance from New York University and BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame. He is a CFA and has been in the investment management business since 1983.
Edward Silverstein	Portfolio Manager	2001	Teraz
Biografia	Edward Silverstein is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Convertibles, where he oversees the management and research of the firm’s Convertible strategy. He joined MacKay Shields as a Research Analyst in 1998, becoming a Portfolio Manager/Research Analyst in 1999. Prior to joining MacKay Shields, he worked as a Portfolio Manager and Law Clerk at the Bank of New York. He also interned at the New York Stock Exchange Enforcement Division. He has a BS from the University of Vermont, an MBA from the Baruch College and a JD from Brooklyn Law School. He is a CFA charterholder and also a member of the New York State Bar. He authored, Wise Up!: A Portfolio Manager's Guide to Better Investment Decisions. He has been working in the investment industry since 1995.

Biografia	Ed is a Senior Managing Director and Head of the Growth Equity Division. Prior to joining MacKay Shields in 1991, Ed was a Vice President and Analyst for eight years at Oppenheimer & Co. and a research analyst for three years with Dow Jones. He has been in the investment management and research industry since 1980. Ed earned a BA and a MS from the University of Pennsylvania.

Denis Laplaige	-	1991	1999
Biografia	Laplaige serves as president, senior managing director and chief investment officer of MacKay-Shields, his employer since 1982. Previously with the company, he has been a managing director, a research analyst, and a portfolio manager. Prior to joining the firm, he spent four years with Value Line.
Neil Feinberg	President, CIO	1992	1999
Biografia	Feinberg is president and chief investment officer of Orbitex Management. He joined the firm in December 2000. Previously, he founded Nebo Management in 1999 and was employed as a director and senior portfolio manager with MacKay-Shields, his employer since February 1992. Before this, he spent three years as an assistant vice president with National Securities and Research, and four years as a senior accountant with Peat Marwick, Main & Company. Feinberg holds the Certified Public Accountant desigantion.

Granger, CFA - Equity Institutional Portfolio Manager - Investment Officer - As an Equity Institutional Portfolio Manager, participates in the research process and strategy discussions. Communicates investment policy, strategy, and positioning. - Joined MFS in 2022 - Previous experience includes 8 years as Vice President, Senior Client Portfolio Manager at American Century Investments; 17 years as Portfolio Manager and Analyst at multiple investment firms including Credit Suisse, Oppenheimer, General Motors Investment Management and others. - Affiliations include CFA Charterholder - Cornell University, B.S.
Ronald J. Worobel	Portfolio Manager	1990	1992
Biografia	Worobel joined Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Advisors in 1992 after spending a year as a fund manager with MacKay-Shields Financial Corporation. Previously, he also spent two years as a portfolio manager with Rothschild and seven years as a portfolio manager with Lehman Management. Worobel has also worked at the Bank of New York and Merrill Lynch.
