Biografia	Rafael is the portfolio manager of the Investec Latin American Equity Fund at Compass Group. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Rafael spent five years at Pinebridge as research analyst, lead portfolio manager of the Latin American Large Cap and co-portfolio manager of the Latin American Small Cap strategies. Rafael started his career at Moneda Asset Management on 2002, between 2004 and 2009 he was Director of Equity Research and portfolio manager of Chile Small Cap at Bice Inversiones. Rafael holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Finance and Economics from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile.

Biografia	Carina joined Compass Group in 1997 as a member of the Investment Committee and CIO of Compass Argentina. She has more than 20 years of experience managing Latin American equities. Currently, she is the Compass Group Co-CIO of Equities and portfolio manager of the Investec Latin American Smaller Companies Fund and a Latin American ex-Brazil small cap SMA for institutional investors. Since its inception up to December 2015, Carina was the portfolio manager of the Investec Latin American Equity Fund. Previously, Carina worked 9 years for Grupo Mildesa (Banco Patagonia) where she became managing director of Mildesa Servicios Bursátiles. Repeatedly, she has been distinguished by Euromoney, Global Investor, Latin Finance and Reuters Survey for equity research analysis. Carina holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires.
