Biografia	Henry Wu, Portfolio Manager, has been associated with Invesco and/or its affiliates since 2014 (and was previously associated with Invesco and/or its affiliates from 2006 to 2010). From 2012 to 2013, he was employed by Scopia Capital as a senior analyst. From 2010 to 2012, he was employed by Surveyor Capital/Citdadel Investment Group as an analyst.

Biografia	Derek Taner is the lead portfolio manger for the Invesco Global Health Care team. Mr. Taner joined Invesco in 2005, coming from Franklin Advisers Inc. where he served as a portfolio manager on Franklin Templeton’s health care team from 2002 through 2005 — the fi nal two years as lead manager. He began his investment career in 1993 as a fi xed-income analyst with Franklin Templeton and was promoted to assistant portfolio manager in 1997. In 2000, he joined the fi rm’s equity department and was named co-manager of its equity-income product. Mr. Taner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting and fi nance and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California (Berkeley). He is a CFA charterholder.

Biografia	Dean Dillard is a portfolio manager on the Invesco Global Health Care team. Mr. Dillard entered the fi nancial industry in 1996 and joined Invesco in 2000. He served as a senior equities analyst before being promoted to portfolio manager in 2009. Prior to joining Invesco, Mr. Dillard served as a fi xed-income analyst and trader for SouthTrust Asset Mgmt. His duties involved identifying and executing investment ideas within the corporate, government and municipal bond markets. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in corporate fi nance from the University of Alabama. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Owen School of Business at Vanderbilt University. He is a CFA charterholder.

Biografia	Murthy is a senior analyst with AIM Capital Management, Inc. In this capacity, she researches and makes investment recommendations on companies across the health care space. Murthy began her career in cancer research at the University of Pennsylvania. She then spent two years at Burrill & Company, a biotechnology-focused venture capital firm. In 2001, Murthy joined AIM as an analyst for AIM Global Health Care Fund.

Biografia	Yellen came to AIM in 1998 from the Asset Management Division of Liechtenstein Global Trust, which he joined in 1994 as an investment analyst for health care industries. He was promoted to portfolio manager in 1996 and had primary responsibility for the GT Applied Science Fund and the GT Healthcare Fund, both offshore funds, until assuming his present responsibilities with AIM.

Previously, he served as director of investments at Baylor College of Medicine Endowment Fund, and as a portfolio manager for Invesco AIM from 2003-2007.

Mr. Sloan joined Invesco in 1998 from Verissimo Research and Mgmt., where he served as president since 1993. Prior to this position, he was partner and executive vice president at Wood Island Associates Inc./Siebel Capital Management Inc. from 1981 to 1993. Mr. Sloan has been in the investment industry since 1971. Mr. Sloan earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.
