He is on the Investment Oversight Committee for the city of Mountain View, Ca. He is past chairman of the California Society of Municipal Analysts, and a former board member of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts.

Biografia	Robert Miller is a senior portfolio manager for the Municipal Fixed Income team at Allspring Global Investments, where he manages mutual funds and separate accounts. He joined Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). Prior to joining WFAM, Robert worked for American Century Investments, where he was part of a team managing the firm’s municipal bond portfolios. Robert had direct responsibility for the firm’s national intermediate- and long-term investment-grade strategies. In addition, he managed several other state-specific funds for the firm. Robert also served as a member of its analytical team. Earlier, Robert was a municipal bond analyst with Moody’s Investors Service, where he served as an analyst in the States and High Profile Ratings Group as well as the Airport Credit Group, the Southeast Regional Ratings Group, and the Mid-Atlantic Regional Ratings Group. He also founded a small venture capital firm and served as a consultant with Black and Veatch and KPMG Peat Marwick, where he specialized in conducting financial feasibility studies in support of large infrastructure projects. Robert earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from San Jose State University and a master’s degree in business administration from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Biografia	Kenneth Salinger, CFA, Vice President and Head of Tax-Exempt Strategies, leads the portfolio management team for Schwab’s national and state-specific tax-free bond funds and municipal money market funds. He also has overall responsibility for all aspects of the management of each of the tax-free bond funds. Prior to joining Charles Schwab Investment Management, Inc in 2008, Mr. Salinger was a senior portfolio manager at Wells Capital Management, working on a team that managed municipal bond assets. He worked at American Century Investments from 1992 to 2006, where he was a vice president and senior portfolio manager, responsible for daily management of a number of national and state specific municipal bond funds. Mr. Salinger has worked in fixed-income asset management since 1994.
G. David MacEwen	CIO (Chief Investment Officer)	1996	2006
Biografia	Mr. MacEwen, Co-Chief Investment Officer , has served on teams managing fixed-income investments for American Century since joining the advisor in 1991. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Boston University and an MBA in finance from the University of Delaware.
