She continues to work with Impact Sudan, a non-profit organization based in the US that supports education and community development projects in South Sudan. Ella-Kara graduated with a first class BA (Hons) in Financial Services from Napier University, Edinburgh.

In 2020, Dominic was appointed Head of Global Equity at abrdn. Dominic graduated with a MEng in Engineering Science and is a CFA charterholder.

Joanna joined Standard Life in 2010 on the graduate programme from Ernst and Young where she qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2009. She has worked across several areas of the business including Marketing, Product Development and the Real Estate Investment Specialists before joining the Multi-Asset Investment Specialists in early 2013. In January 2015, Joanna joined the Asia & GEM Equity Team before transferring to the Global Equity Team in April 2018. Joanna graduated with a MA in in Econometrics and Information Technology from University of Szczecin, Poland. Additionally she is a Chartered Certified Accountant, ACCA; holds the Investment Management Certificate and is a CFA charterholder.

Previously, Jamie worked for Grant Thornton Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland.

Biografia	Euan is Investment Director within the Global Focus on Change team at Aberdeen Standard Investments. Euan joined ASI in 2002 as a Trainee Liquidity Portfolio Manager. In 2005, he was appointed Portfolio Manager. In 2006, he moved to the Boston office to become an Equity Analyst. Euan transferred to the Global Equity Team in April 2018 following restructuring of the equity division. Euan graduated with a MA in Business Studies and Accounting from University of Edinburgh. Additionally, he is a CFA Charter holder, holds an ACI Dealing Certificate, and an Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
